The Harbour and Town is only a short walk away where you will find fresh fish,deli treats and interesting independant stores,cafe's and restaurants. Rates school holidays, bank holidays and weekends in July and August £25-£30 per day.All other times £15-£20 per day.full weeks £100-£150 depending on dates.

A beach  chalet located at the north end of Swange Beach on Burlington Chine. It is set back from the beach, accessed via a small set of steps and a slope. It has both mains electricity and running water and offers easy access to the beach below. There is a substantial terrace adjoining the chalet so tables and chairs have been provided for you to enjoy the panoramic views across Swanage Bay and to Pevril Point. There are also far reaching views to the Isle of Wight. The chalet is equipped for 4 people and includes the following: 4 Deck chairs, Fold down table, Cutlery, Mugs, Plastic Plates, Acrylic wine and larger glasses,Wooden bread bin, Beach Mats (to remain in the chalet) Table & Chairs, Sink & Draining Board. Fridge freezer included... Smoking is not permitted in the beach hut.

This day hut is available for weekly rental only.It was newly built in 2008, it is 10ft by 8ft with a large decking area. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay: chairs,sun cushions, wind brake, umberella,work surface for preparing food,stove for making tea and coffee. fire blanket, plates, cups, cutlery etc. there are cushions and storage areas as well as inside sitting area. A few meters away is a tap for fresh water and public toilets. A £50 deposit will be required and refunded at end of stay all being well.
