I have lovingly looked after C45, it has recently been painted and is well protected from the sea air (it is lined with pine on the inside). It is modestly fitted out, but has everything that you would need - table and chairs, kitchen cupboard, gas ring and kettle, crockery, and cutlery, and two very posh deck chairs.
