Alum Chine - New Purbeck View Development
Location: 24 new huts over-looking Blue Flag awardwinning beach. The huts are based on a single traditional design adapted to suit various individual aspects. Located in an 'informal village' layout at the foot of the Chine, itself a Site of Nature Conservation Interest (SNCI), the development includes a fully integrated water play facility, landscape planting and general enhancement to a recognised public open space.A Seafront Ranger team manages the area and during the summer months, RNLI lifeguards and first aid facilities are also provided for visitors. Other facilities include communal fresh water taps, a children's play area and the award winning Vesuvio Italian Restaurant. The area also benefits from CCTV coverage 24 hours a day.
As part of the project the brand new water play area will provide an enhanced, safe leisure facility for young children. It includes interactive water features, a contoured pool, and specially designed timber features including a 'sea monster' play sculpture and swan seating. A large section will be covered with a new pvc sun awning, providing shade throughout the summer months.

- Window: 'Porthole' style, stainless steel frame, with circular laminated glass.
- External timber security shutters & Internal timber framed doors with laminated glass.
- Sadolin 'Superdec' wood stained, in complimentary 'New England' colours.
