Exceptional south-facing location! Oasis is in an exclusive group of 11 huts in an elevated front row location with panoramic shoreline and coastal views and the chance of sun all day long! These 11 huts share a grassed area to the front, great for picnics and sunbathing, plus Oasis has a patio of its own where you can watch the world go by! Oasis faces down onto Frinton's superb sandy beach. To the front the beach is extensive, great for family games like cricket/rounders etc. There is also crabbing and sea fishing very close by and safe pools for the children as the tide recedes. Inside, Oasis is well equipped with sun chairs, sun shades and a well stocked storage box with buckets & spades and beach games including cricket and croquet. There is a kitchenette with sink and drainer and full sized gas cooker with oven and four gas rings. The wall cupboard has enough plates, cups, bowls and cutlery for six and tea, coffee and biscuits are provided (guests are asked to replace what they use). There is also a drop leaf table and seating inside the beach hut and even a window that can be fitted into the gap if it rains! The water tap is 75 metres away. The location of Oasis really is exceptional.... the photo (taken from inside the beach hut window) does not do the view justice.... "Wow!" is the usual response from everyone who visits! Weekly bookings only during school holidays please but daily rates @ £35 per day available when hut is free and Monday - Friday bookings are available at slightly reduced weekly rates - both only during term time. A clean & very well maintained beach hut to rent on the very front 'A' row, utilising the promenade for the extra room & space if needed. View right onto beach front, 30 metres to water tap & 50 metres to the toilets so very handy. Steps to beach 25 metres away. Beach shop 5 minutes walk along promenade towards pier.

My charming and characterful vintage hut, right on the promenade at Southcliff, is available for Sunday to Friday lets, or for shorter periods if required. The promenade can be accessed by car at off peak times, so the hut is ideal for those unable to walk long distances, BUT it is up six steep steps from the promenade. This gives a grand elevated view of passers by and of the beach, but may make it unsuitable for disabled visitors. There is an excellent view of the beach from the hut which makes the hut ideal for families with children, as does the proximity of the loos and a tap; the pier and the beach cafe are far enough away that you don't get nagged all the time. The hut has everything you need for a fun day at the seaside - my dog doesn't come with the hut but you are welcome to bring your own!

The hut is on the sought after front row of The Leas,for easy access to the excellent, flat sandy beach washed clean twice a day by the tide with stunning views. For the children, there are crabbing and pools to play in within easy reach, or why not try skim boarding! When the tide is high, you can still sit and play on the promenade in front of the hut.
