This self-catering Dunster Beach holiday Chalet is situated in a central location within the well-maintained private holiday park. With a safe sandy beach, lakes, nature walk & a well stocked shop on site its the perfect location for a traditional seaside holiday.

The Chalet
The chalet has a contemporary studio style layout, which accommodates 4 people, using 2 easy to use comfortable clic-clac sofa beds. An additional person is possible using an inflatable bed (not supplied) The chalet is furnished throughout with modern furnishings. It comprises of a kitchen area with quality kitchen appliances, a dining area with a butterfly dining table, a washroom* with full sized vanity sink and toilet plus a living room area which includes a new Toshiba 19” HD ready TV/DVD combi and CD/Radio.
Outside to the front of the chalet is a front patio area which has a seating bench and a useful Polypropylene storage cupboard, ideal for wet walking boots etc… while the south facing rear patio/garden area has a stylish garden patio set with a matching large parasol and one sun lounger.
*One of the well-maintained heated toilet and shower blocks is only 30 meters away from the rear of the chalet.
A £1 coin meter supplies electricity.
Clean well-behaved small dogs (no other pet types) are welcome if kept under control and respect is shown to the chalet, its contents, furnishings and fellow holidaymakers.
Free Wi-Fi connection is available via the sites own wireless router

The £18.00 tariff for a dog applies regardless of the length of stay
Weekly bookings commence at 2.30pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10.30am on the morning of departure. On making a reservation a non refundable deposit of £50.00 is required for each week reservation and should be sent via cheque along with a completed booking form within seven days; the balance is payable no later than one calendar month before the arrival date. If the arrival date is less than one calendar month before the reservation date the whole reservation amount is due upon booking.

Location
The self-catering chalet is situated in a central location within the well-maintained private Dunster Beach Holiday Park and is a perfect setting for a quiet traditional seaside holiday or short break. The Hawn lake, a nature walk, a tennis court and open countryside are all within 100 meters of the rear of the chalet while no more than a 200 meter stroll away from the front of the chalet is the safe private sandy beach and the sea with views of south Wales and the surrounding coastline.
The historic medieval village of Dunster is only 2 miles inland while the Quantock Hills and Exmoor National Park are within a 10-minute drive. The chalet is in an ideal location and setting for a quiet relaxing seaside holiday or an excellent base from which to explore the surrounding scenic countryside and coastline by either foot, cycle, bus or car.
Park facilities
There are 230 privately owned detached chalets occupying the park, which are all maintained to a very high standard. The park is child friendly, has a well stocked shop which sells groceries, household items, newspapers, magazines offers bike hire and has a comprehensive selection of brochures to all local attractions. The shop also offers hot and cold takeaway food while cream teas are served on the attractive seating area. Additionally within the park there is a public telephone and post box, 5 heated shower blocks (the nearest to chalet being approx 25 meters) plus a laundry room, tennis court and a putting green.
Dogs are very welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times; plenty of dog-waste bins are provided within the park and on the beach.
