Modern well equipped beachut in Southbourne, located in between Bournemouth and Hengistbury head with views of the Isle of wight. Access can be made via zig-zag, steps or cliff lift, lovely sandy beach which does not get excessively busy like some! very family friendly and in dogs allowed section.

Beautiful beach hut which has been in our family for over 20 years and given much pleasure whilst children growing up. Really suitable for young families owing to ideal location with steps onto beach in front, and water tap and W.C. block only short walk away. Also equally handy for the Fisherman's Walk Cliff lift, for those less mobile. New gas cooker 2 years' ago, chairs, curtains, newly decorated shelving units all stocked with g.c. co-ordinating crockery and cutlery etc. Large table available to eat al fresco, plus parasol for when the sun is beating down it's rays (did fry egg on pavement in '89!!) Windbreak can be made available for those chillier days. Our hut is available through most of the school holidays and we would expect anyone who 'borrows' it to cherish it as it has provided a great deal of happy days for us, and we wish to try and keep it for any future grandchildren to enjoy, however as the ground rent has risen to almost one thousand pounds, we need some assistance to pay for it's keep! Please no rowdy parties whatsoever, permitted, because of strict council rules in place. Perfect place to unwind, very quiet, esp in May and June. Further details available.
