Our family's hut was newly built in July 2008. Situated at the top of steps leading to Southwold's sandy North Beach, great view of the Pier and with facilities very close (Pier, toilet block, boating lake, pitch & putt). Everything the family could want for the beach is inside-even if it rains for a bit you'll be sitting pretty.
Close to the Pier at Southwold which has a bar, food outlets and everything else you'd expect on a pier. It backs on to a large car park and is close to the public toilets.
Dogs are not allowed on the beach outside the hut, but are further up at the end of the promenade.
Blyth Beach Huts are the only huts in Northumberland and overlook a long strip of golden sand popular with walkers, surfers, canoeists, sea anglers and families. The huts are brand new, and have a 'green' living roof. They are painted in a variety of bright colours and sit on a timber deck with a terraced area to the rear. An amenity building with external showers and public toilets are a short walk away. The huts are available to rent on an annual, seasonal, monthly, weekly or daily basis.
