My charming and characterful vintage hut, right on the promenade at Southcliff, is available for Sunday to Friday lets, or for shorter periods if required. The promenade can be accessed by car at off peak times, so the hut is ideal for those unable to walk long distances, BUT it is up six steep steps from the promenade. This gives a grand elevated view of passers by and of the beach, but may make it unsuitable for disabled visitors. There is an excellent view of the beach from the hut which makes the hut ideal for families with children, as does the proximity of the loos and a tap; the pier and the beach cafe are far enough away that you don't get nagged all the time. The hut has everything you need for a fun day at the seaside - my dog doesn't come with the hut but you are welcome to bring your own!

AVAILABLE FOR DAILY RENTAL AT £20 per day. Near BISTRO ON THE BEACH at Southbourne. Easy Parking and great beach location. The hut is superbly located in the Kids Zone area just 50 yards from the Lifeguard point and with the Bistro on the Beach Cafe, bar and restaurant just 75yds away for snacks, cold drinks and ice creams - in fact, all the facilities you may want for a day at the beach really are at hand. The hut is wooden in design and in good condition. The hut is equipped with a gas stove - coffee and tea are provided and are free to use (bring your own milk). Chairs, cups, plates and cutlery are also available for those of you planning to eat 'alfresco'. There is also a selection of beach toys and buckets and spades for children. All you need to remember to bring are yourselves - and your swimming costumes and towels! The spot really is ideal for families but couples will also love the convenience of the location. You can look forward to a great day by the sea, but if 'sunny Bournemouth' has not lived up to it's reputation, you will still find the hut a delightful way of enjoying time at the beach.
