The hut is on the sought after front row of The Leas,for easy access to the excellent, flat sandy beach washed clean twice a day by the tide with stunning views. For the children, there are crabbing and pools to play in within easy reach, or why not try skim boarding! When the tide is high, you can still sit and play on the promenade in front of the hut. Access is a short walk from parking at the top of the slope, or via steps. The beach hut is well equipped with sun chairs, buckets & spades and beach games for the children and adults alike. There is a kitchenette with a double gas burner and plates, cups, bowls and cutlery for six. There is also a drop leaf table and seating inside the beach hut. The water tap is only 25 metres away. The location is excellent with beautiful views from the huts small veranda up and down the beach, along the coast and out to sea. There are 10 steps up into the beach hut from the promenade, giving it excellent views. The hut is at the end of a second row, with plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the views. The beautiful sandy beach is only yards away, with wheelchair access from the car park to beach. There are steps up to the hut. (Dogs are also allowed on this section of the beach all year round) The hut is equiped with chairs, cutlery, mugs, plates, washing up bowl, tea-towel, stove, kettle, fire blanket, first aid kit, bucket and spade and other toys. The water tap is yards away, and the toilets are 500 metres. There is free car parking nearby. Available to rent on a daily or weekly basis. Peak weeks: 1 May to 30 September £100.00 p.w £35 p.d.
