For RENT in conjunction WITH nearby holiday cottage (approx. 1500 meters away) Our beach hut is on Southwold promenade about 400 yds south of the Southwold Millenium pier and just south of the lighthouse. You may be able to rent it when you choose to stay in our holiday cottage and so enjoy a Southwold sea-side holiday. The hut has a 2 ring and grill, gas cooker, plates, cups, cutlery, frying pan, kettle, coffe pot, tea pot, 4 white chairs, 2 coffee tables, deck chairs, parasol, wind break etc. all we can think of really, to make our days by the sea, (and yours too we hope) such pleasure. Our family's hut was newly built in July 2008. Situated at the top of steps leading to Southwold's sandy North Beach, great view of the Pier and with facilities very close (Pier, toilet block, boating lake, pitch & putt). Everything the family could want for the beach is inside-even if it rains for a bit you'll be sitting pretty.

Our beachhut is located at the most sought after end of Southwold beach. The promenade at this spot does not have a steep drop to the beach as it does the nearer you get to the pier This makes it much easier for people to get on to the beach and is safer for children to play.The beach at this point is wide and sandy with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves.The beach hut is well equiped with a calor gas stove and everything you would need to make a simple meal and a nice cuppa.The hut is located very close to a beach cafe useful for the odd ice cream,chocolate bar or cold drink.The hut is well equiped with buckets,spades,wind breaks,chairs,sunloungers,crockery and cutlery.

Close to the Pier at Southwold which has a bar, food outlets and everything else you'd expect on a pier. It backs on to a large car park and is close to the public toilets. Dogs are not allowed on the beach outside the hut, but are further up at the end of the promenade.
