Beach huts in Brighton and Hove are very popular. This is in Hove,directly in front of pebble beach,with promenade in between the hut and the beach. Easy for sea swimming,tennis courts and mini-golf."Babylon" cafe, Heather McCartney's vegetarian cafe,Hove lagoon and fresh "Fish" shop nearby. Great for changing,watching the sea or hosting BBQ's. Hut is in a dog friendly zone and is in reasonable condition. It is in walking distance to the new skate park so perfect for up and coming skate enthusiasts. All year round use for this beach hut as it has an aliminium roller shutter.Excellent condition only a few years old. Great for a fisherman wanting to spend time with the wife!
