Hut is in a dog friendly zone and is in reasonable condition. It is in walking distance to the new skate park so perfect for up and coming skate enthusiasts. This beach hut is in a great location, on a quieter part of Hove Esplanade by the pitch and putt, opposite the steps down to the beach. It is near to the Lagoon with its watersports, adventure playground, splashpool, skatepark and cafe/restaurant. The hut was brand new in 2006 and was redecorated last spring so it is in good condition. It is fortunate to occupy a larger than usual plot so there is plenty of space to put your buggy or bikes without obstructing the esplanade. Then just sit back, relax, and enjoy the sea views and people watching.

Close to Hove Lagoon's facilities: the public playground, V Bites Cafe, toilets etc and close to a water tap, this is a great location for young families. Our hut was new in 2009; a really solid build by a proper builder and nicely finished and in really good nick.
