It is with a heavy heart I have to sell the hut, after many years of fun (come rain or shine!)No. 26 is one of 30 huts situated on a beautiful part of the coast line.There is a water tap just meters away. Parking is easy and the town is within walking distance.
The beach hut is situated within the Southcliff area of Bexhill, a quiet, well sort after seaside location.
Family owned for approximately 20 years, the hut has been used throughout our children’s growing years but now sees a lot less use.
The hut, number 17 in a row of 30, measures 6x8ft. and has a front porch area extending another 2ft. It is in fair condition and includes a camping stove and fitted cupboards. The huts are all leasehold plots and are subject to annual ground rent and water supply charges.
Parking is never a problem and the beach is never busy, even during the summer months. The need to secure the hut for winter storms is not necessary due to it’s position. The shore line is easily seen if family members are at the waters edge.
There are fantastic views of activities on the sea, the Sovereign Lighthouse and Beachy Head are easily visible on clear days.
There is a secure communal water supply for use by the beach hut owners. Public toilets are within walking distance along the promenade.
Overall this hut is located in a fantastic spot and we are reluctantly selling after many sunny days spent by the beach.
