New (2010) modern beach hut on Tankerton Slopes 10 minutes walk from Whitstable - hardly ever used hence the sale; blue & white special weather-resistant marine paintwork. Double-skinned with rockwool insulation in ceilings and walls. Heavy-duty vinyl floor covering. Fitted sink, gas cooker, wall and floor cupboards. Portaloo, never used. Long-lasting striplight and power-pack. Middle row of three rows, with great sea views. Easy parking at top of slopes 75 metres, Tankerton Sailing Club, cafe, toilets and convenience store within 50-100 metres. Pub 200 metres. Idyllic sunsets over Whitstable estuary.

Whistable beach hut at Tankerton East for sale. Excellent views of the sea and beach. In the second row, so more private than a front row hut, close to a tap for water supply. Public toilets, cafe (which does excellent cooked breakfasts), pub and dinghy sailing club all very close at hand. Continental Hotel and Whitstable Harbour and Whitstable itself a walk along the front. Hut is about 10' x 10', it does not have a verandah which means it has more space inside. Inside is wood lined and painted with a white wash, pine varnished floor. We have moveable bench seating with cushions around two walls, a table, and space for single burner camping stove, two shelves on the walls. Storage under the hut would take a kayak and other stuff. Only difference since the picture was taken is the wooden steps are now removable and go inside the hut when locked. Selling reluctantly as I am rarely nearby at the weekends anymore and hardly used the hut last year.
