our beach hut is in a fantastic position, on the front line facing the beach and sea. it has an amazing sunset.it is 10 years old [wooden] we have made the hut bigger by taking away the verander and adding a patio door. it has kitchen units, a stove, gas barbe. all crockery.table and chairs and relaxing chairs to seat 6. there is a pub 300mtrs away also a cafe and local shop. licence is due annually.the price is £23.000. this could be rented out if you wanted an annual return.
