Hillside Manor enjoys a prime location in Hythe with easy access to the High Street and Seafront but set in the historic picturesque pretty conservation area overlooking the town. The High speed rail link to London (38 mins) and Channel tunnel and ports are nearby. Why not have a day trip to France whilst you are here? We can arrange this for you. We offer studios with en suite bath/ shower rooms, Suites of 2/3 rooms and 2 bed Apartments. We have several different sizes and layouts for our rooms. Each one has a stunning view and the rooms on the first floor on the rear of the building have access to an outdoor balcony which runs the entire length of the building offering spectacular south facing views over Hythe and the sea. In addition, each room has a television, telephone, and a lounging area We have a variety of rooms. suites and Apartments. We can cater for anything from a single person room to large parties of up to 30 for weddings and family occasions.

Now 38 mins from London High Speed train from Ashford Kent! Hythe is a pretty coastal town with an interesting history as an ancient Cinque Port. Hillside Manor is wonderfully positioned on the hillside opposite the 11th century church with easy access to the quaint high street ( 2 minutes walk ) in a peaceful and pretty walled area. The lovely beach is a 5 minute pleasant walk away. There are spectacular sea-views at the rear of the property and pretty views over the ancient stone walls and church to the front of the property. We are situated in the heart of Hythe but in a quiet conservation area opposite an 11th Century church in quiet lanes with ancient stone walls. We are a 5 minute walk to the Beach and just off the quaint high street with its pubs, restaurants and antique shops. From London or the M25, take the M20 towards Folkestone, (passing Maidstone and Ashford) There are a number of attractive villages within easy reach by car in the beautiful Kent countryside known as the "Garden of England" with numerous village pubs and restaurants to discover. cThe attractive town of Hythe contains many small shops and numerous restaurants catering for a wide variety of national dishes which include French, Italian, Indian, Chinese and Mexican. There is also a highly recommended fish and chip shop where locally caught fish is served. Local fishing boats land their catch on the beach at Hythe so most restaurants serve freshly caught fish. Close to the Channel Tunnel and the Port of Dover which together with its close location to the M20 makes it an ideal location for Channel crossing. Being only 5 minutes walk from the beach and within 30 minutes drive to Canterbury, Rye and the fifth continent' of Romney Marsh, Hillside Manor is equally well suited for touring the 'Garden Coast' of Kent or visiting many of the local attractions. .5 minutes to Channel Tunnel .15 minutes to Port of Dover
