SORRY NO PETS OR DRINKS PARTIES.
Our hut is available for rent for times from 1st April to the end of October. We prefer a weekly rent Saturday lunchtime to Saturday lunchtime, but contact us for other options such as a few days or long weekends. No 88 is in a great position on the harbour side of the spit, looking towards the sunsets over Christchurch Priory, but also has a glimpse of a Needles view to the back. Sleeps 4 comfortably with extra mattress for a 5th if really needed. Bedding includes a lovely new Kyoto futon (sleeps 2), a single bed and extra mattresses. It is well equiped with gas lights, fridge and small gas stove, cooking utensils. There are plenty of chairs and a picnic bench with parasol.
The ferry landing stage, toilet/shower block and the Beach House cafe are a few steps away. During the summer the Beach House Cafe opens a small shop with a limited range of food stuffs. The land train is just 2-3 minutes.
A ferry service operates to X'ch, Wick and Tuckton and a second to Mudeford Quay.
The high summer holidays are already booked with family and friends, but why not take advantage of unique peace and quiet, stunning views, and local wildlife; for painting, walking and twitching in the spring, early summer and autumn. This period often has really nice weather and it is a chance to experience the essential character of the sandspit without the activity of the summer peak.
Mid week stays available in May, June, July and October. Sorry, NO PETS.
