Beach Hut Booking lines - New this year - Boscombe Beach Pods
With summer fast approaching did you know that Bournemouth’s famous beach huts are available to hire all year-round? The recent ‘Piers Morgan on Sandbanks’ programme on ITV showed you don’t need a multi-million pound mansion for the best views of the sea. And with news that Wayne Hemingway is rolling into town to create super surf pods along Boscombe Sea Front, beach huts have never been cooler.
From January 30th you can reserve your Bournemouth beach hut from just £8 per day.
Beach huts are great for relaxing with friends and family and offer inspirational coastal views. Bournemouth actually invented the modern beach hut over 100 years ago and boasts the oldest beach huts in the country. They remain hugely popular to this day. With the Bournemouth Air Festival 28th – 31st August set to become the biggest, most exciting event ever to come to the seafront, demand for beach huts this summer is set to soar – so reserve your spot early, from 30th January.
Over 250 traditional beach huts are available to hire all year round from as little as £37 per week or £8 per day. They are located across the seafront from Alum Chine to Southbourne and come equipped with 4 deck chairs and a gas primus stove for hot drinks. Access ramps are available from beach offices for wheelchair users.

Booking line opening times are as follows: wed 27th – fri 29th Jan – 10:00 till 20:00, Mon 1 Feb onwards 10:00 till 16:00
Booking lines open Monday to Friday only.
You can also book selected huts online at www.bournemouth.co.uk via the ABC booking service. Most major debit/credit cards accepted. Please note that single day bookings can only be made from the Monday of the week of hire.
