Hut 259 is a brand new modern family hut occupying a sunny spacious dual aspect position with Isle of Wight views to the front and harbour views from the rear. The hut is within a short distance of the restaurant/cafe/shop, ferry and land train terminus. Comfortably sleeps 6 in total: 3/4 upstairs and 2/3 downstairs. Fully equipped kitchen including gas oven, fridge/freezer, sink, utensils - running hot & cold water and drainage. BBQ, windbreaks, umbrella, beach sports, picnic table, reclining beach loungers. Solar power, LED lights, phone charger, TV, stereo, 2 kayaks, children's skim boards and surf boards. No parties, large groups (over 8) or multiple bookings.
