Hut 3 (NO. 3)

**NEW TO THE MARKET** SEPTEMBER 2016 AVAILABILITY**Hut No. 3 is recently refurbished with running water, gas cooker (with oven and grill), fridge/freezer, electric lights, DAB radio/USB connection to play iPhone/iPad and charge the same. There is a bbq, beach toys, kites, sun loungers, picnic table, selection of books and games for old fashioned fun in the evenings. If you need it we have supplied it! It is at the quiet end of the spit by the Black House on the beach side of the Spit. You can watch yachts come in and out of the harbour from the decking, play or sit in the sand dunes out front and watch the sun set over the harbour. We have simply lovely neighbours who enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful place so the hut is not suitable for groups. Rentals Monday to Friday and available for non-smoking guests. We love dogs but unfortunately cannot welcome canine guests at the hut. Please check the calendar before attempting to book (we keep it up to date). Full payment required to secure booking plus a deposit to cover breakages. Rental for Monday to Friday ranges from £500 to £1000 depending on the season.
