Sea Cottage (NO. 2)

*Sea Cottage enjoys a fabulous prime situation.uninterupted sea view, away from busy prom area,very near facilities,water jet play area,icecream & coffee kiosk.* It is a Lovely colourfully decorated beach hut with newly refurbished oilskin bench cushions, curtains and interior/exterior paint work. Hut boasts magnificent uninterrupted views of sea and cargo ships,yachts,windsurfers,wildlife give regular interesting views. Along with the passers by. We are very near beach at the front of hut (dogs allowed ) and a large new play complex for children a few metres behind the hut that Includes water jets fountains play equipment and a covered picnic area. Cafe and ice cream hut.Toilets, shower block and car park all about 50-100 metres away. Hut has a calor gas two ring hob (please turn off gas at bottle when leaving each day). Caravan sink with drainage into waste bottle that will need regular checking and emptying if used. China dinner set, colourful large mugs hang from the shelf that houses candles in holders and plastic wine glasses. Cutlery draw with lots of dinner cuttlery and cooking/useful equipment scissors,matches etc. Freeze block insulation fridge ( blocks need to be frozen and placed in fridge daily). Cleaning equipment please leave as clean and tidy as you find it. long benches either side house storage beneath for dustpan / beach toys. Large carpet rolled ready to lay out in front of hut,windbreak hammer and 4/6 deck chairs one sun lounger. Many beach type accessories to make your stay as delightfully comfortable as possible! Table can be expanded and taken outside in good weather. Hooks for coats and towels/keys etc. Doors have windows with removable wooden screens to allow sea views from inside with colour matched blankets to keep really cosy! PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC RESTRICTIONS AND SLIGHT EASING OF RESTRICTIONS RECENTLY WE WILL ONLY BE BOOKING LIMITED WEEKS AT SEA COTTAGE TO FACILLITATE DEEP CLEANING BETWEEN BOOKINGS FROM JULY 2020 ALSO IT WILL ONLY BE ON AGREEDMENT THAT ALL CURRENT GOVERNMENT RULES ARE STRICTLY ADHERED TO - THIS INCLUDES KEEPING TO THE 2 METRE SOCIALLY DISTANCING RULE OUTSIDE THE HUT. - FREQUENT HAND WASHING/STERILIZING GEL (SINKS IN GENERAL TOILETS OPEN AND HAND SANITIZER GEL PROVIDED IN HUT) -ONLY UP TO 6/8 MAX PEOPLE IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD (INCLUDING ONE PERSON FROM BUBBLE IF APPLICABLE).
