Mersea May (NO. 433)

Mersea May is a lovely second row beach hut on Victoria Esplanade in West Mersea. It has a recently renovated deck area which is gated and offers both privacy and a sand-free space for enjoying a picnic or time with friends and family. There is an area of grass in front of the hut and the beach is merely steps away! Being in the second row, you have some privacy too. The Two Sugars Cafe is 2 minutes' walk away (with the public toilets situated across the road) and offers ice-creams, drinks and snacks. A public car park is also conveniently situated behind the Two Sugars Cafe, offering all day parking for £3.50 and a play area immediately adjacent to the cafe too. The hut welcomes dogs (we just ask that they are kept off the soft furnishings) and can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. Deckchairs, a parasol and windbreak are all provided, along with beach games conveniently stored under the bench seat. The space is clutter-free and beautifully decorated to ensure you enjoy a restful day by the seaside.
