Hut No. 241 (NO. 241)

Our cute little Hut has been recently painted and refurbished in seaside colours with a vintage look. Inside there is a fold down table and bench seating for eating inside or food prep. A retro kitchen unit is well stocked with all the things you need to cater for a day at the beach: Plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, kettle, one ring camping stove & gas canister, serving bowl, washing up bowl & liquid, tea towels, kitchen roll, complimentary tea & coffee. There is a table and chairs for 5 people, parasol, wind break, radio, 1 deck chair, outside mat. Hut no. 241 is in a perfect location on Western Esplanade, Kingsway Hove - (at bottom of Langdale Gardens) with direct access to the beach to the left and protected by the sea wall to the right which is great if windy day. We are directly opposite a water tap. 2 Minutes away is The Venue Beach Bar for drinks and snacks (and toilet) and there is a Public Toilet 3 minutes away. Parking on Kingsway is usually available and is apx £5 for the day. We are also close to the No 700 Bus Stop. The Hut is directly in front of Kingsway Tennis Courts if you are feeling energetic (pay per play - do not need to book - tennis raquets & balls can be borrowed from the Hut )! If hiring Brighton Bikes there is a docking station at the King Alfred Leisure center which is a 5 minute walk. Cool Box, Beach Towels and disposable BBQ's can also be provided for a small additional fee.
