Overview
Welcome to Phoenix 462.
A beautiful, simply decorated, large hut in the second row, next to the delicious Two Sugars Cafe. There is sand at the bottom of a large gated decking area for the children to play in, while you sit and enjoy the sea views from the deck. A grass verge behind Phoenix joins the Two Sugars Cafe, public toilets, water tap, childrens play area and car park.
Phoenix hosts a kitchen area with kettle, mugs, plastic plates and glasses, cutlery, washing up facilities and a two ring gas stove and mini oven. A dining area with a table and four chairs and a cushioned storage bench with an assortment of beach day bits. As a condition of the beach hut licence we respectfully ask that you adhere to a maximum of 8 visitors at all times. Well mannered dogs are very welcome.

We have just got back from spending the day here. Can’t recommend the beach hut enough! We enquired about the beach and got a reply the same day! Everything was perfect and it had clear instructions on how to use the facilities too. The location is perfect, it’s got a raised balcony and is a row away from the main beach area, we had plenty of room for 8 of us! Will definitely stay here again, thank you!

Communication was great between the owner, good instructions inside the hut. Lots of cleaning products provided to allow you to self clean due to COVID. Phoenix is a beautiful beach hut. In the second row, it was slightly set back from the foot traffic on the beach front but still with a great view of the beach with a lovely raised terrace area. It was lovely inside with everything you would need. We loved every second of our day and would highly recommend this hut! Also handily close to the Two Sugars Cafe!

We hired Phoenix this week as lockdown eases allowing our small family group to meet and celebrate my birthday.
The owner Viota responded to our inquiry very promptly and professionally.
This beach hut is just lovely and stocked with all and more that is needed for a day on the beach.
