Located around 30 yards from the sea front facing open fields and recreation grounds. Shops and other seaside facilities including a boating lake amusement arcade are a 5 minute walk from the hut. The hut has been well maintained throughout, it does need its yearly paint, but as selling I'd like to think the new owner would like to choose their own colour. It is currently black and white.
