Serendipity (NO. 98)

No 98 (Serendipity) is situated on the top row and faces south east with views of the south promenade, easy access from the gated, private car park, just down a short slope and turn right and go to the hut. NO STEPS REQUIRED to get to the Beach Hut or to the Town, Beach and amenities. The public conveniences in a modern building, and the Pier and Cafes are all within 100 metres. There is also a railway station, which is only 150 metres away from the huts. The railway station has connections all the way to Liverpool Street Station in London. The Beach Hut has a pitch lease up to 31-12-2019 and is fully insured up to 31-12-2019.  The hut is 12'x8' and is fully insulated and have full width decking to the front. The Beach Hut has a parking permit for one car, in the private, secure car park.  The Beach Hut has an extra security door fitted.  The hut has got a removable window, so that you can still go to the huts in winter and keep out of the wind and remove it in the summer. The hut is equipped to the highest standards, and has the following items in it: Cabinet with Gas ring and spare gas bottles, Kettle, Crockery and Cutlery for 8 people, Tempered glass chopping board, Trivets, washing up bowl and Tea Towels. 4 white collapsible dining chairs and a matching table by Habitat. 6 collapsible canvas chairs and 2 canvas sun beds also by Habitat.  There is also a day bed with foam mattress, which has a wipe down cover. Two throws and many cushions for your comfort. For the kids there are six buckets and spades and crabbing lines ALL included in the price  There are public conveniences in a modern building and the pier and cafes are all within 100 metres. Which can be reached from Beach Hut number 98 without using any steps. There are two public (pay) car parks 150 metres away. One of the car parks belongs to the railway station, which is also only 150 metres away from the huts. Its car park is free after 3.00pm.  The railway station has connections all the way to Liverpool Street Station in London.
