HUT CLOSED ALL SUMMER DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS.
Our hut is on the second row and there's a sloping path up to it allowing for easy access. Very close to toilets, tap and ice-cream kiosk - and the beach, of course. The beach is also 'dog friendly'.
The hut has a gas stove and tea and coffee making facilities - including tea, coffee and biscuits!
And a few beach toys.
There are also two director's chairs and two deck chairs. A small fold away table and an umbrella and stand. It is very basic with no fixtures or fittings. But it's a pleasant place to set up for the day when we visit the beach.
UHT milk supplied but a cool box with fresh milk can be provided, on request.
Available for use from 8am til 10pm.
We ask that users refrain from smoking inside or around the hut, and that users leave the hut as they find it. Dogs are welcome, but please keep them off the chairs. Thanks!

What a lovely little beach hut! The location was excellent, close to the toilets and Kiosk. Being on the second row was also good for us, as it felt quite private. Everyone in the row were so friendly!
The beach hut is perfect for a family- it is basic but has everything you need and is very clean/ tidy! There are lots of beach toys, so next time we won’t bring any! Lots of games to play too, plenty of space for this inside the hut as it’s clutter free.
Lots of chairs, a nice table and an umbrella plus windbreaker. So we created a lovely cosy area for our children.
Tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits were at the hut and all facilities for making!
We had a wonderful day and what a relaxing base!

A lovely hut which offered us everything we need including a little gas stove, a kettle and frying pan, complimentary tea and coffee, and biscuits! The owners have thought of everything and there were plenty of toys for the little ones and some binoculars for the bigger kids. The location is in a lovely, quieter part of Felixstowe with a small cafe / kiosk and toilets within a two minute walk. Communications from the owner were polite, friendly and very efficient and she even offered to leave us a cool bag and ice blocks if we'd needed it. My son would like you all to know that we have only given this hut five stars as a six star rating was not an option!
