Happy Days, number 23, is a front row beach hut for rent at award winning Friars Cliff beach. It is owned by a local family. Cleaning sprays and wipes supplied for hirers use.
The hut is just by steps to the safe, sandy beach with Life Guards on duty in the summer holidays. There are lovely views of the Isle of Wight, and it is near a cafe with ice creams, showers, toilets and a water tap. It is a short walk to Avon beach with its Beach Shop and Noisy Lobster Restaurant, plus take-away fish and chips and drinks next door! Hut fully insured for hire.
The hut is perfect for families as equipped with 4 chairs, folding coffee/drinks table, 2 bodyboards, box of buckets and spades etc, one burner camping gas stove (plus full gas canister), cool box with two freeze blocks, water carrier, mugs, plastic glasses and a kettle.
There is sunny decking for the chairs as the hut faces south with lovely views of the Isle of Wight. Premium rent charged for weeks in school holidays and June, July and August, normal rent for the rest of the year. Hire-week runs from Saturday morning until Friday evening.
