Overview

R&R is a beautiful beach hut located on Old Hunstanton Beach. It is a wonderful, spacious hut, with everything you need in it, in a lovely, quiet location and with fantastic facilities within 1 minute walk. There is a wonderful "calm" about the hut and it's perfect for quiet day on your own or a brilliant location to enjoy with friends and family. There's gorgeous airy feel about it, as it has windows on 2 side - you can snuggle up and chill out whatever the weather.

Hire is available on a 2 week rolling calander, so please keep checking the availability if your dates are not available presently. The reason being R&R is also for sale at the price of £50,000 to include the contents - please get in touch if you are interested in purchasing it. However, while it is waiting to be sold it is available for hire.

R&R is entered by the side door and once inside, the double front doors can be opened leading onto the deck and down two steps onto a sandy patch of beach amongst the dunes. R&R has an interior space of 3.4m x 2.8m as well as a covered deck of 3m x 1.2m.

There are a set of two glazed windows on the double doors and one glazed window to the side, all with wooden shutters. The shutters and the actual glazed windows can be opened to maximise the lovely fresh beach air and the sunshine.

R&R is equipped for up to 8 people (6 adults & 2 children). Old Hunstanton Beach is a dog-friendly beach.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A FEE TO PAY TO THE LAND OWNERS OF £3,500 TO COMPLETE THE SALE OF THE HUT AND TRANSFER THE BEACH HUT IN TO THE NEW OWNER'S NAME.

Had a great day at this lovely beach hut in Old Hunstanton. It had everything we needed and was decorated in a really pretty seaside theme. We even had our own little bit of beach in front of the hut, where the kids could play safely. No more than a hundred yards from the main beach, so we had the best of both worlds. Close to the loos and cafe, but still felt we were on our own. We will definitely be booking R&R again. Many thanks Vicky and her husband

First time hiring a beach hut and it was such a lovely experience! The owner was home to greet us on arrival to collect the key and was so welcoming and helpful! The hut provided more than enough facilities, buckets, spades, seating etc... There is also a very well stocked tea/coffee selection. We loved it. Would 100% recommend. Kate.

This is such a lovely beach hut. We spent the day relaxing in the private sandy area in front of the hut with a trip to the sea and the lovely cafe. Great location for the cafe, toilets and car park. Inside was amazing, lovely decor - everything we could possibly need. We would book again.

The close proximity to parking,water, toilets, cafe, pub and restaurant are brilliant. The hut is spacious for a large group, well maintained and decorated, situated in a little beach oasis, with the sea just over the dunes

Would have liked two more deckchairs or similar, being a party of four it would have been uncomfortable to sit on the small chairs all day as it was we brought our own

There's a lovely sandy area infront of the hut, perfect for relaxing in a lounger or for children to build sandcastles. It is really sheltered in the area too, catches the sun, making a wonderful haven.

Closest Train Station is Kings Lynn - 16 miles away.

Buses from Kings Lynn to Old Hunstanton - takes about 45mins - Number 36, I think.

Walking from Old Hunstanton village, walk down Sea Lane to the Beach (opp the Lodge Pub) - 5 minute walk. There is parking behind the R&R - open times and prices vary throughout the year.

Driving - A149 to Old Hunstanton. Drive down Sea Lane and park in car park adjacent to Le Strange Hotel.

Toilet, cafe and RNLI station are all within 1 minute walk of R&R beach hut.
