They are conveniently located with direct access onto the beach, and have wonderful uninterrupted views of Seaford Bay, Tide Mills, Seaford Head Nature Reserve and cliffs. They benefit from ample free car parking a stone's throw away and are close to the Salts Recreation Ground, café, tennis courts, sports pitches, skate park and toilets.
Seaford Esplanade, which offers free parking along its length, stretches for nearly 4 miles between the towering cliffs of Seaford Head and Newhaven Harbour, from where the Transmanche ferry to Dieppe sails on a daily basis.

Bönningstedt Development
The Bönningstedt Parade Development is a three-year plan that began in July 2017. In addition to the beach huts, part of the larger Seafront Development Plan includes new toilet facilities and a café/restaurant, which will be protected from the elements by a low-level defence wall.
Beach Hut Specifics
Sit back and enjoy your little piece of Seaford by the Sea without having to worry; the beach huts have a 5-year manufacturer's warranty. There is 6.25m2 of internal space and each hut benefits from a 3.75m2 deck overlooking the bay. Subject to arrangement, the decking can be adapted for full accessibility when purchasing a Phase 3 beach hut.
The interior is a blank canvas to allow for individual style and décor.
The beach huts are sold with a site licence, renewable on an annual basis.
Specification
The beach huts are manufactured using glass fibre reinforced polyester (GRP) which carries a 5-year manufacturer's warranty. The general construction of the building is 2.7kg (per 2M) of CSM saturated with fire retardant coating. The fire rating of the building externally complies with a class 2 fire rating and the interior complies with a class 1/10, BS476 part 7 1997. The door carries a 10-year warranty subject to exclusions (door furniture 5 years).
The life expectancy of the door if maintained is expected to exceed 35 years. All locks are Yale standard, with kite-marked cylinders and PAS certified locks. and have a 10-year lock warranty. The locks are also guaranteed against break-ins. The windows are opaque
polycarbonate, Macrolon, which is fire retardant, can withstand high impact as well as severe temperature change. The floor is made up of 2x18mm OSB floor boards thus achieving 36mm in thickness, and is left for the occupants to cover as they wish.
