This end of row beach hut built in 2013 is set back one row from Friar's Cliff Beach with direct access to the beach via a short ramp, It is on the tarmacked path which heads off towards Highcliffe Castle one way and Avon Beach the other way. It has fantastic views across to the Isle of Wight (westwards) and Hengistbury Head and Mudeford (eastwards). This fabulous location gives you the best of both worlds: a dog friendly sandy beach to the left of the hut or a child friendly and award winning beach (no dogs allowed during the summer months) off to the right. Ours is the last one in the line, meaning you have added free space and never more than one set of neighbours. The roof was redone in 2018. The hut comes with a fully fitted kitchen and mezzanine shelf. Also included in the sale are chairs, a folding dining table, a side table, a sun parasol, a windbreak, china mugs, melamine crockery, plastic tumblers and metal cutlery for six people together with pots and pans, a kettle and a separate gas stove. A standpipe providing fresh drinking water is less than a second's walk away.
