The hut is in excellent condition with timber shiplap boarding externally and timber boarding internally. There are fully glazed double doors with heavy duty timber security shutters. There is a timber decking area and pavings. Marvellous views over The Solent to the Isle of Wight and Portsmouth in the distance.
